Description

Scaffolds a multi-field financial transaction form: recipient selection with saved contacts, amount input with currency masking and real-time conversion display, memo/note field, fee breakdown, and a review step before submission.

Includes Zod validation for amount min/max, recipient format, and memo length. Error states are linked to inputs via `aria-describedby` for screen reader accessibility.
