Description

Provides a `useToast()` hook and a `<ToastContainer />` component with queued rendering, auto-dismiss timers, swipe-to-dismiss, and four variants: info, success, warning, error.

Fully accessible — toasts have `role="status"` (polite) or `role="alert"` (error), and the container manages focus order during batch dismissals.
