Implements a full Kanban board using @dnd-kit: configurable columns, draggable cards with smooth animations, swimlane rows for grouping by assignee or priority, WIP limit indicators that turn red when exceeded, and inline card editing (title, description, labels, due date).
State is manageable via a `useBoard()` hook that supports optimistic updates. Keyboard accessible — cards can be moved with arrow keys and dropped with Enter.
