Description

Provides a complete cart system: slide-out drawer UI, quantity increment/decrement with stock validation, coupon code input with async validation, automatic tax calculation by region, and localStorage persistence so carts survive page refreshes.

Exposes a `useCart()` hook and `CartProvider` for seamless integration with any React app.
