Description

Builds a complete order tracking experience: vertical timeline showing order placed → confirmed → shipped → out for delivery → delivered, animated progress indicator, live shipment map (Leaflet/Mapbox), delivery ETA countdown, and a self-service return/refund initiation flow with reason selection and label download.

WebSocket-ready for real-time status updates. Responsive — works as both a full page and an embeddable card in account dashboards.
