Implements a full drag-and-drop form builder: 15+ field types (text, textarea, number, email, phone, select, multi-select, radio, checkbox, date, file upload, rating, signature, rich text, hidden), field property editor in a slide-out panel (label, placeholder, required toggle, validation rules), conditional logic rules (show/hide fields based on previous answers), multi-page form support with page breaks and progress bar, and a preview mode to test the form before publishing.
Submissions are displayed in a sortable/filterable table with individual submission detail view. Form definition is JSON-serializable — save, load, and version your form schemas.
