Provides a complete file upload experience: drag-and-drop zone with visual feedback, click-to-browse fallback, multi-file selection with individual progress bars (percentage + speed), preview thumbnails for images/PDFs, file type and size validation with clear error messages, and chunked upload support for large files (>100MB) with automatic retry on network failure.
Drop-in `<FileUpload />` component with configurable accepted types, max file size, max file count, and parallel upload limit. Exposes `useFileUpload()` hook for custom UIs. Includes a file list with remove button, upload status (queued/uploading/done/error), and server response display.
