Description

An operational runbook dashboard for engineering and SRE teams. Core panels: (1) Active Alerts Table — sortable, filterable table of current alerts with severity (P0/P1/P2/P3), service name, time since triggered, acknowledged status, and assigned responder, with bulk-acknowledge actions; (2) Service Health Grid — a matrix of services x health metrics (latency, error rate, throughput, saturation) with color-coded cells (green=healthy, yellow=degraded, red=down), clicking a cell opens the detailed service dashboard; (3) Incident Timeline — Gantt-style timeline showing open and recent incidents with duration bars, severity colors, and linked postmortems; (4) On-Call Rotation — current on-call engineer card with contact info, escalation path tree (primary → secondary → engineering manager → VP), and shift handover notes.

Features: runbook procedure cards — clickable step-by-step guides for common incidents (Database failover, CDN cache purge, Rollback deploy) with copy-paste CLI commands and expected output, an incident commander mode that starts a structured incident response workflow (declare incident, assign roles, start timer, post status updates, resolve with postmortem link), and a Recent Changes feed showing deployments, config changes, and feature flags toggled (correlate with incident onset). Data integration: Prometheus/Grafana alert webhook, PagerDuty/Opsgenie API, Datadog monitors.
