A messaging gateway UI for sending email and SMS. TemplateComposer: a visual email template editor (blocks: hero, text, button, image, footer) with a live preview, variables in {{curly}}, and a test-send button. SMSSender: a compose card with country-code picker, character-count (SMS length pricing hint), and a scheduled-send option. ProviderLayer: adapters for SendGrid, SES, Aliyun DM, Tencent SMS, Twilio, or a custom endpoint — pick per-channel, no UI changes.
DeliveryDashboard: sent-message list with status (queued → sent → delivered → bounced/failed), open/click rates (when the provider tracks them), and a retry action. AuditLog: full history of who sent what, with template snapshots. Includes a TestMode that routes all sends to a sandbox inbox instead of real recipients, a RateLimit panel, and compliance helpers (unsubscribe link injection, SMS opt-out handling). All sensitive logic (sending, secrets) stays server-side; the UI only calls an authenticated gateway API.
