A full meeting-minutes workflow powered by speech-to-text and LLM summarization. Recording interface: one-click record with microphone selection, live audio waveform, pause/resume, and automatic silence trimming. After recording, the audio is sent to a transcription service (Whisper API or configurable endpoint) with speaker diarization — each segment is tagged with speaker labels. The raw transcript appears in a timecoded editor where users can correct errors inline.
The AI summary engine processes the transcript and generates a structured meeting-minutes document: meeting title and date, attendees list, a 3-sentence executive summary, key discussion points organized by topic with timestamps, decisions made (with rationale), action items (task, assignee, deadline — exportable as a checklist to Jira/Notion/Feishu), and 'next meeting agenda' suggestions. Share minutes via a read-only link or export as PDF/Markdown/Feishu Doc. Includes a meeting history archive with full-text search across all past transcripts.
